Hey there! If you’re reading this, it means you’re either new around here or have stumbled
upon us online. Awesome! And a huge thanks for stopping by. Let me share a bit about our
journey.
Our Journey
For 16 years, I dedicated my life to serving as a student and executive pastor. But in God’s
timing, we felt a stirring in our hearts – a call from God for a new path. He was nudging us
towards embarking on a new adventure and a Kingdom vision of planting a church. After
earnestly seeking His guidance, it became clear: because of our deep affection for the
people of Conway and our desire to serve them, God was leading us to establish
ONECHURCH.
We kicked things off in October 2009 with just a small group. By December, we found our
space, bringing our lawn chairs to sit on concrete floors. In March 2010, we held our first
services, and ever since, we’ve been continually amazed by God’s faithfulness!
Our Family
31 wonderful years ago, God blessed me with an incredible woman to be my wife and best
friend. My first passion is to be a godly husband and a godly father. Christy and I have 3
kids; PJ and his wife Brooke, Savannah and her husband G, and Aubrey. Having lived in
Conway for 24 years, it truly feels like home.
Passions
The beauty of God’s creation captivates me, and I cherish my time outdoors. You’ll often
find me in the woods at dawn during hunting season, enjoying the sunrise. But beyond
that, my heart lies in being a godly pastor, creatively and effectively sharing God’s Word to
inspire real, heartfelt change in people’s lives.
I desire to embody and reflect a simple truth; love people like it matters . . . because it
does!
Jacob Diley
Children's Minister
(Birth - 3rd grade)
My heart’s desire is to create a safe, loving, and Christ-centered environment where children
can grow in their faith, build lasting friendships, and find the true joy of following Jesus. I am
excited to partner with you, and your family to lay a strong spiritual foundation for your children.
To help them know that they are deeply loved by God. I long to see kids grow not only in
knowledge of God’s Word but also in a personal relationship with Jesus that will shape the rest
of their lives. Whether it’s answering questions about the children’s ministry, praying with your

Wyatt Taft
Student Pastor / (4th - 12th)
I’m Wyatt, the Student Pastor here at ONECHURCH Conway, where I have the privilege of leading and nurturing our students from 4th through 12th grades. My journey in faith and ministry has always been about connecting with young people, guiding them through their questions, and helping them to grow in their relationship with Christ in a meaningful way.
Life at home with my wife and our two energetic boys keeps me grounded and reminds me daily of the joy and challenges that come with family life. It’s this personal experience and understanding that I bring into my role as a pastor, striving to make each session relatable and impactful for our students.
My vision for our youth ministry is built on creating a strong, supportive community where each student feels valued and understood. I aim to equip them with the tools they need to navigate life’s ups and downs, grounded in their faith and capable of making a positive difference in the world around them.
Being part of the ONECHURCH family has been an incredible journey, and I’m excited to see how we can continue to grow together in faith and love. My door is always open to students and parents alike, whether you’re looking for guidance, support, or just a chat over coffee. Let’s walk this path together, learning and laughing all the way.
